Injectables · Denver, Colorado

Five injectables. They do genuinely different things.

Most people arrive asking for one of these by name. Often it isn’t the one that would help, or it’s the right one in the wrong order. Here’s what each of them is for — pick the one you’re curious about, or start with a consult and let us work it out with you.

How We Choose

Four different jobs, not four brands of the same thing.

The quickest way to work out what you need is to name what’s actually changed. Movement, volume, collagen and tissue quality are four separate problems, and they take four separate tools.

Relax
Neurotoxin
The line appears when you move and softens when your face is still. That’s a muscle doing it, and relaxing the muscle is the direct answer. Results in three to seven days; typically three to four months.
Fill
Dermal Filler
Something is hollow, flat or unsupported and you can see it at rest. Filler is immediate and reversible, which makes it the right first move when we’re not yet certain how much a region actually needs.
Rebuild
Sculptra · Radiesse
The change is everywhere rather than anywhere — skin has thinned, the face has deflated broadly. Biostimulators work like nutrition for collagen: a series, then months of gradual change rather than a same-day result.
Regenerate
EZ Gel PRF
Tissue quality itself is the problem — thin, crepey, shadowed skin, most often under the eyes, where filler behaves badly. Your own platelets, layered in a planned series. Results vary, and we say so on the page.

In practice these get combined and sequenced, not chosen once. A common plan is biostimulator first to rebuild the foundation, neurotoxin alongside it, and filler last — if it’s still needed by then. That’s the part a consult is for.

Quick Answers

Before you book

Which injectable do I need?
Whichever one matches what’s actually changed. If lines only show when you move, start with neurotoxin. If something looks hollow at rest, that’s a volume conversation. If your skin has broadly thinned, biostimulators. If the concern is under-eye shadowing and thin skin, EZ Gel PRF is worth assessing — though several causes of dark circles don’t respond to it at all.
Do I have to start with filler?
No, and often you shouldn’t. Filler is the most visible tool but not always the first one. When skin quality and collagen are the real issue, filling on top of a thin foundation is what produces the overdone look people are trying to avoid.
Who does the injecting?
Our medical director, Dr. Shyanie Kumar, MD, and our certified nurse injectors Morgan Frankel, Lauren Dorsey and Mindy Choi. Which of us you see depends on the treatment and the schedule, and everyone injects to the same plan. Meet the team →
What does it cost?
Neurotoxin is priced per unit, filler per syringe, and biostimulators per vial, so the number depends entirely on the plan — you’ll get a written quote at the consult before anything is scheduled. EZ Gel is the exception with a fixed protocol: $2,000 for the initial series of three, $600 per maintenance treatment after that.
Do you treat skin of color?
Yes, and it requires very specific planning. Injectables aren’t pigment-dependent the way lasers are, but injection technique, needle choice and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation risk all change how we approach the treatment.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Frequently, though not everything belongs on the same day. Some combinations are planned deliberately in sequence — a biostimulator series running while neurotoxin is maintained, for instance — and some are better separated so we can see what each one did. The plan is built at the consult.
Ready when you are

Not sure which one you need?

That’s the normal starting point, and it’s what the consult is for. Bring the thing that’s bothering you rather than a treatment name — we’ll work backwards from there.
