Xeomin, Dysport and Daxxify — three different toxins, chosen deliberately for your face, your metabolism and your goal. Dosed properly, because dose is duration.

No Botox brand — on purpose. We match the toxin to your face, your metabolism and your goal, rather than the other way around.
Forehead, the 11s, crow’s feet, brow lift, bunny lines, lip flip, gummy smile, mouth corners, chin dimpling, jawline and neck bands. Eleven areas, face and neck.
Most patients come every three to four months for the face. We recommend full face and neck twice a year, so nothing ages out of step.
Neurotoxin temporarily interrupts the signal between nerve and muscle. The muscle stops contracting as hard, the skin above it stops folding, and the line that was forming stops deepening.
That’s the entire mechanism — and it’s why neurotoxin is as much preventative as corrective. A crease folded ten thousand times a year eventually becomes a line at rest, and once it’s etched in, no toxin will erase it. Soften the fold now and you aren’t just smoothing today’s wrinkle, you’re buying yourself a decade of not having one. Which is exactly why where we treat matters as much as what we inject — and why we have opinions about both.
Botox is the brand name everyone knows. It isn’t the only neurotoxin, and for plenty of faces it isn’t the best one. We carry three, and choosing between them is a clinical decision — not a preference.
Xeomin is stripped of the accessory proteins that surround the active molecule in other toxins — and those proteins are what your immune system can learn to recognise and neutralise. Fewer proteins, less for your body to react to. If your tox has stopped working the way it used to, this is almost always where we start. It also comes on gradually rather than all at once, which a lot of patients much prefer.
If you train hard you metabolise toxin faster, and you have probably noticed your results fading before the three-month mark. Dysport’s larger molecular complex is cleared more slowly by the body, which is why it tends to hold better in athletes. It also spreads beautifully across broad areas like the forehead, so the result reads smooth and even rather than patchy.
Daxxify is a novel toxin stabilised in a peptide protein rather than albumin, and that formulation leaves the skin with a finish the other two simply don’t give — patients describe it as glowy. We love it across the upper face and crow’s feet, and it performs beautifully in the neck for a Nefertiti-style neck lift. Dosed appropriately, it also tends to hold longer than the others.
In every case, dose is duration — whichever toxin we choose. Keep scrolling for what that actually means.
Everything above is enough to book with confidence. If you want to understand what we’re actually doing and why, start with one of these.
Eleven areas on the face and neck, mapped on real anatomy so you can see exactly what we’re relaxing and what it changes. Plus everything we treat that isn’t a wrinkle: sweating, jaw clenching, shoulder and neck pain, rosacea and melasma.
See the areas we treat 02Why dose is duration, why baby tox works against you, what neurotoxin resistance actually is — and why treating only your forehead for a decade is the thing that ages your lower face.
Learn about dosing & durationA very fine needle and a few quick pinches. You’ll have small raised bumps for about twenty minutes and then nothing to show for it. Stay upright for four hours, skip the gym and the sauna until tomorrow, and don’t rub the area.
You’ll notice the muscle getting quieter — less movement first, softer lines second. Onset differs by toxin: Xeomin comes on gradually, Dysport tends to show up quickly.
Two weeks is when we judge the result, not day four. If anything needs adjusting, this is when we do it. Come and see us.
Most faces are ready around the three to four month mark. Coming in before you have fully returned to baseline keeps your results consistent and progressively weakens the muscle over time — which is the goal.
Twice a year we treat everything: upper face, lower face, jawline and neck. That’s the rhythm that keeps the whole face ageing at one pace instead of in halves.
Real Skin! patients, properly dosed. Individual results vary — your anatomy is assessed and your plan quoted before we treat.

Not one brand for every face and every goal.
Full dosing, not baby tox — because dose is duration.
If your tox stopped working, we know where to go next.
So the top and the bottom of your face age together.
Every unit goes where it changes something — and nowhere it doesn’t.
We judge the result at day 14 and adjust it if needed.
Neurotoxin is priced by how much you actually need — and how much you need depends on your muscles, not on a package someone sold you.
Your dose should fit your anatomy. A strong glabella may require more units, while a first-time lip flip may need only a few. We assess your facial anatomy, muscle movement, and goals at your visit, then provide your exact treatment quote before we begin. Full face and neck treatments are quoted as one customized plan.
Members take $1 off every unit of neurotoxin. If you’re treating three or four times a year — and twice a year across the full face and neck — that adds up faster than almost anything else we do.
You can book neurotoxin directly — no consult required. If you’d rather talk it through first, a virtual consult is free.
Book NeurotoxinNo, and it is a deliberate choice. We carry Xeomin, Dysport and Daxxify. Botox is the most recognised brand name but it is not the only neurotoxin, and for many faces it is not the best one. Each of the three we carry does something the others do not: Xeomin is the purest formulation and the one we reach for with tox resistance, Dysport holds better in high-metabolism patients, and Daxxify gives a glowy finish with longer duration when it is dosed appropriately.
It depends on your history, your metabolism and your goal. Xeomin is the naked toxin, purified down to the molecule itself with no accessory proteins, which makes it our first choice for anyone with neurotoxin resistance or anyone who prefers a gradual onset. Dysport has a larger molecular complex that the body clears more slowly, so it tends to hold better in athletes and anyone who trains four or more days a week. Daxxify is a novel toxin wrapped in a peptide protein and leaves the skin with a glowy finish the others do not produce; we love it in the upper face, crow's feet and the neck, and it tends to last longest when dosed appropriately. We decide together at your visit.
A very fine needle and a few quick pinches. Most patients find it far easier than expected and no numbing is needed. There is no real downtime: you will have small raised bumps for around twenty minutes, and bruising is possible but uncommon. Stay upright for four hours, skip the gym, sauna and hot yoga until the next day, and avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area.
Only if someone doses without looking at your anatomy. A frozen look comes from treating the wrong muscles, not from treating enough of the right ones. Full dosing in the correct muscles with the wrong ones deliberately left alone gives you a face that still moves and still expresses, without the folding that creates lines. Under-dosing everything, by contrast, gives you a face that is uniformly weak and still lined.
No. You can book neurotoxin directly online and we will assess your anatomy, choose the toxin and quote your dose at the visit before we treat anything. If you would rather talk it through first, a virtual consult with us is free.
We do not treat during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. It is a short pause in the scheme of things, and we will pick your plan back up afterwards.
